Molasses-Cranberry Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine first four ingredients.
  3. Pat 2/3 of mixture over bottom of 6 x 10 x 2 inch casserole.
  4. Mix cranberries with orange rind, and raisins if desired, pour in casserole over crumb mixture.
  5. Top with remaining crumbs.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
  7. May be served with whipped cream or your favorite sauce.
