Broiled Fish Fillets Piquante
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
- 14 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 18 teaspoon ground savory
- 1 lb frozen perch fillet, thawed
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- Combine butter, lemon juice, minced onion, salt, pepper, marjoram, and savory; stir well.
- Place fish in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch shallow baking pan.
- Spoon half of butter mixture over fish.
- Broil 5-6 inches from heat 5 minute or till fish flakes easily with a fork; transfer to serving platter.
- Pour remaining butter mixture over fish; sprinkle with parsley.
