Broiled Fish Fillets Piquante

  1. Combine butter, lemon juice, minced onion, salt, pepper, marjoram, and savory; stir well.
  2. Place fish in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch shallow baking pan.
  3. Spoon half of butter mixture over fish.
  4. Broil 5-6 inches from heat 5 minute or till fish flakes easily with a fork; transfer to serving platter.
  5. Pour remaining butter mixture over fish; sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Enjoy!
