Bbq
- 2 kg chicken breast or thighs
- 2 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 salt
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 cup butter or oil
- Cut chicken breast into big chunks.
- Of if you are using thighs don't cut them.
- Mix all the ingredients in a boil except butter.
- Marinate chicken in it for 4 hours at least.
- Heat the griller and skew the chicken pieces and place it on it.
- Brush the chicken with butter and change its side from time to time until cooked.
- Serve hot with any sauce or tortillas you like.
- (I used tamarind sauce to go with it).
