Frozen Strawberry-White Chocolate Mousse Squares
- 1 cup Oreo Baking Crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate, divided
- 2 cups Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1 can (300 mL) low fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mashed fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- Mix baking crumbs and butter until blended; press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 9-inch square pan.
- Microwave 5 oz.
- chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min.
- or until melted.
- Beat cream cheese product in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Gradually beat in milk.
- Blend in melted chocolate and strawberries.
- Whisk in Cool Whip; spread onto crust.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Remove from freezer 15 min.
- before serving.
- Shave remaining chocolate into curls; place on dessert.
- Use plastic wrap handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares.
