Pistachio Sheet Cake

  1. Blend cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and water in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until combined.
  2. Increase speed to medium; beat 4 minutes more.
  3. Pour batter into greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, spre ading evenly to edges.
  4. Bake at 375F about 25 minutes or until done.
  5. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Cut in squares to serve.
  8. Top with ice cream and chocolate sauce if desired.
