Apricot Bars
- 1 12 cups flour
- 34 cup powdered sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 14 cup Crisco
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup apricot preserves
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup dried apricot, diced
- 1 12 cups sliced almonds
- Crust:.
- Mix all together.
- Press into 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minute.
- Filling:.
- Mix and spread over hot crust.
- Scatter almonds on top.
- Bake 15-20 minute at 350 degrees.
