Herbed Tortellini Salad
- 1 pound Tortellini Pasta
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Basil, Julienned
- 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 3 sprigs Spring Onions, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- Salt
- Pepper

- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Drain and pour into a large bowl.

- Whisk together olive oil and remaining ingredients and pour over tortellini.
- Toss lightly to make sure all ingredients are well-incorporated.
- 3.
- Serve warm or cover and refrigerate and serve cold.
