Sour Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes in little water.
  2. Peel and cut in large chunks.
  3. Blend chillies and sesame together until crumbly.
  4. Add yoghurt and blend a little just for mixing.
  5. Brush a non stick pan with oil.
  6. Medium flame.
  7. Add sesame paste and stir-fry for few seconds.
  8. Add salt and then potatoes.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Raise flame to high and cook until moisture evaporates.
  11. Enjoy!
