Meat Loaf In Tomato Sauce Recipe

• 1 pound grnd meat
• 1 egg
• 1 sm. onion, minced fine
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1/2 c. wheat germ
• 1 teaspoon minced parsley (if you like)
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes

1. Mix ingredients (except canned tomatoes) together and form a loaf.
2. Place in casserole and pour sieved can of tomatoes over the top.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
