Anns Browned Butter Blueberry Muffin Cake
- 12 cup butter, browned and slightly cooled
- 2 cups flour
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups blueberries
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
- 12 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Turn oven to 350.
- Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
- Brown butter and set aside to cool.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
- In small bowl mix butter, milk eggs and vanilla.
- Stir wet into dry, stirring just until incorprated.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Gently pour into pan and spread evenly.
- Mix last butter, flour and sugar by hand until all crumbly.
- Sprinkle onto cake.
- Bake 45-55 minutes, until center tests clean.
- Cool fifteen minutes then remove from pan.
