Leighdear'S Buffalo Chicken Dip Goes Main Course (Low Carb)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Saute in oil til browned.
  4. Place in greased 13x9 baking dish.
  5. Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until very smooth, then beat in Ranch dressing and hot sauce. (This is the only way to avoid small lumps of cream cheese). Stir in shredded cheese.
  6. Spread over chicken in baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0F for approximately 20-25 minutes.
