Fried Eggplants with Sesame Dressing

• 4 eggplants (remove the stem, cut into 4~6 equal parts lengthwise)
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 4 tbsp *ground black sesame (or white sesame)
• 2 tbsp *sake
• 1 Tbsp~ *sugar
• 1 1/2 ~ tbsp *soy sauce
• 2 tsp *grated ginger

1. Heat the oil in a pan, cook the eggplant over medium ~ low heat until it becomes lightly brown.
2. Immediately plunge into the sesame dressing and soak.
