Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan, and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil, and cook 15 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Place potatoes and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, and mash to desired consistency.

red potatoes, chicken broth, lowfat sour cream, butter, wasabi paste, salt, black pepper
