Honey Bacon Walleye

  1. Tear four pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil into 18 inch by 15 inch pieces.
  2. Fold in half and fold up edges to make "pans" about 12 inches by 7 inches.
  3. Place 4 strips of bacon in each foil pan.
  4. Top each with a fillet and 1/4 cup onion.
  5. Drizzle with butter and honey.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
