Chicken Franchese Recipe
- Garlic
- butter
- Chicken cutlets
- 1 c. dry white wine
- Black pepper
- Dash of parsley
- Oil (very little)
- Onion pwdr
- Flour
- 1 bouillon cube
- Garlic pwdr
- Brown garlic in butter.
- Bread chicken in flour and dip in beaten egg.
- Fry chicken till golden on both sides.
- Add in seasoning while cooking.
- Remove chicken and add in 1 bouillon cube, 1 c. water and 1 c. wine.
- Scrape all drippings.
- Same should thicken.
- Add in chicken and simmer for about 20 min.
- If gravy needs additional flour, add in till thickened.
