Chicken Franchese Recipe

  1. Brown garlic in butter.
  2. Bread chicken in flour and dip in beaten egg.
  3. Fry chicken till golden on both sides.
  4. Add in seasoning while cooking.
  5. Remove chicken and add in 1 bouillon cube, 1 c. water and 1 c. wine.
  6. Scrape all drippings.
  7. Same should thicken.
  8. Add in chicken and simmer for about 20 min.
  9. If gravy needs additional flour, add in till thickened.
