Easy Tin Roof Pudding Pie

  1. Spread half the caramel onto bottom of crust; top with half the nuts.
  2. Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  3. (Pudding will be thick.)
  4. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over nuts in crust.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Drizzle with remaining caramel and top with remaining nuts just before serving.
