Cajun Ahi Caesar Salad
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Ahi Tuna Steaks
- Cajun Seasoning To Taste
- 2 heads Hearts Of Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Roasted Sunflower Seeds, Shelled
- Cilantro Caesar Dressing, Store-bought
- Heat the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on one side of each Ahi tuna steak and set that side down in the hot skillet to sear for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle more Cajun seasoning on the exposed side and flip the steak over to sear for another 2-3 minutes.
- Cook to desired doneness, adjusting the heat as necessary.
- When done, remove from heat.
- Tear up the lettuce into salad-size pieces, place in a medium bowl and add the red onions and sunflower seeds.
- Drizzle salad dressing over the top and toss.
- Plate the salad and place Ahi steak on top.
- Devour!
