Campari Collins
- 4 ounces chilled seltzer
- 2 ounces Campari
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- Pour the seltzer into a highball glass filled with ice and set aside.
- Pour the Campari, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into the glass with seltzer.
