Cranberry and Sage Stuffing
- 2 loaves white bread
- 1 loaf whole wheat bread
- 1 sweet onion (diced)
- 3 tablespoons ground sage
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 12 cup of melted butter
- 1 12 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1) In a large bowl, tear bread into small pieces.
- 2) Add in all other ingredients and mix together, by hand, until well blended.
- 3) Stuff into turkey/chicken right before cooking.

- place in a greased, 9x13 inch baking dish, cover with foil, and cook for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
