Sausage & Carrots
- 1 sausage (cooked, leftover)
- 1 carrot
- Slice sausage into bite-sized morsels.
- Place in sealable container.
- Wash & peel carrot; cut into sticks.
- Once at work, you might want to nuke the sausage a bit if you have the option.
- (I was lucky and also had leftover cooked greens --baby kale & spinach -- that was also yummy with the sausage.
