Cheddar Rice Crisps

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter until fluffy.
  2. Slowly mix in flour, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Stir in cheese and cereal.
  4. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet (I use Silpat).
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until slightly brown.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
