Fruit en Foil Papillote

  1. Preheat grill to medium-low.
  2. Spread a 1-foot piece of aluminum foil out on a work surface.
  3. Place fruit in foil and drizzle with honey and a splash of wine.
  4. Fold up packet to seal.
  5. Grill until fruit is tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Open papillote and place on a large plate to share.
  7. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
