Curried Horseradish Cream

• 1/2 cup well-chilled heavy cream
• 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
• 2 teaspoons bottled horseradish

1. In a chilled bowl beat the cream until it holds soft peaks, add the curry powder, the horseradish, and salt to taste, and beat the mixture until it holds stiff peaks.
2. Float spoonfuls of the cream on hot soup.
