Backyard Beer Burgers Recipe

  1. Heat coals or possibly gas grill.
  2. Mix all ingredients except bun and cheese.
  3. Shape mix into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  4. Grill patties uncovered about 4 inches from medium heat 10 to 15 min, turning once, till no longer pink in center and juice is clear.
  5. Add in buns, cut sides down, for last 4 min of grilling or possibly till toasted.
  6. Top burgers with ketchup and pickle planks; serve on buns.
  7. Yield: 6 servings
