Quick Corn Chowder

  1. In a medium saucepan over med-low heat, stir together the cream cheese and minced onion; stir frequently until melted and smooth.
  2. Add the creamed corn, corn, parsley and milk.
  3. Continue to cook, stirring often, for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the bouillion and diced ham.
  5. Stir and cook until heated through.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
