Randy Little Kiwi
- 30 ml Midori melon liqueur
- 30 ml vodka
- 1 peeled kiwi fruit, quartered
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- #Muddle the kiwi fruit and sugar in a shaker.
- Add one scoop of ice, then alchol.
- Shake and pour into a tumbler.
- #muddle is the crushing of ingredients such as fruit and herbs with a muddling stick or the back of a spoon.
- This is a fantastic way of extracting as much flavour as possible from the fresh ingredients.
