Ham, Swiss, & Tomato Sandwich

  1. Spray skillet or griddle with cooking spray; preheat to 350F.
  2. Spread each bread slice with 1 Tbsp.
  3. mayonnaise; top each with 6 slices ham, 1/4 of the tomato slices and 2 slices cheese.
  4. Cook 3 min.
  5. or until bottom is golden brown.
  6. Complement each sandwich with 1/2 cup carrots and 3 stalks celery.
  7. Enjoy 6 oz.
  8. yogurt and an apple per serving for dessert.
  9. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
