Ham, Swiss, & Tomato Sandwich
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 24 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 8 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Swiss Cheese Slices
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 12 celery stalks
- 24 oz. low-fat (1%) yogurt, favorite flavor
- 4 medium apples
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Spray skillet or griddle with cooking spray; preheat to 350F.
- Spread each bread slice with 1 Tbsp.
- mayonnaise; top each with 6 slices ham, 1/4 of the tomato slices and 2 slices cheese.
- Cook 3 min.
- or until bottom is golden brown.
- Complement each sandwich with 1/2 cup carrots and 3 stalks celery.
- Enjoy 6 oz.
- yogurt and an apple per serving for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
