Cauliflower mash

  1. Cut into large florets then add to boiling water add a pinch of salt to the water.
  2. Boil for about 10 min or until tender
  3. Drain the liquid and add the butter and seasonings the mash up to a rough choppy mash
  4. Put into a baking dish and top with the cheese and paprika then bake at 325F oven for 15 min
