Cauliflower mash
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2/3 cup white cheddar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- pinch paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp course kosher salt/sea salt
- 1/3 stick buttetButter
- pinch coriander
- pinch cumin
- Cut into large florets then add to boiling water add a pinch of salt to the water.
- Boil for about 10 min or until tender
- Drain the liquid and add the butter and seasonings the mash up to a rough choppy mash
- Put into a baking dish and top with the cheese and paprika then bake at 325F oven for 15 min
