Grilled Crab Cakes

  1. Preheat greased grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix all ingredients except Thousand Island dressing until well blended.
  3. Shape evenly into eight patties, using about 1/4 cup of the crab mixture for each patty; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Grill patties 3 to 4 min.
  6. on each side or until firm and golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve with the Thousand Island dressing.
