Papas Chorreadas

  1. Peel the potatoes partially leaving some skin on.
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  3. Chop onions, cilantro and tomato finely; saute.
  4. Add the milk, cheese, and salt to taste.
  5. Turn heat to low, and let it simmer until thickened.
  6. Serve the potatoes on a plate, topped with sauce.
