Spicy Creamed Corn with Parmesan

  1. Cook and stir bacon in medium saucepan until done.
  2. Remove bacon from pan; drain on paper towels.
  3. Add vegetables, water and seasonings to same pan; stir.
  4. Bring to boil; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  6. Stir in cream cheese spread and milk; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
  7. Top with bacon and Parmesan.
