Sausage Oriental Recipe

  1. Combine chicken broth and soy sauce; stir in cornstarch and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or possibly wok, stir fry sausage in warm oil for 10 min.
  3. Add in mushrooms, green pepper, radish or possibly parsnip, and green onions.
  4. Stir fry 5 min more.
  5. Add in sprouts, pea pods and spinach.
  6. Stir soy sauce mix; add in to wok.
  7. Cook and stir till thickened.
  8. Cook and stir 2 min more.
  9. Serve with rice.
  10. 4 servings.
