Sesame Coated Chicken Rolls Recipe

  1. Place sesame seeds in glass pie plate and microwave, uncovered, on high for 8 to 10 min.
  2. Stir 2 to 3 times.
  3. Stir in dry bread crumbs and turn onto wax paper.
  4. Flatten breasts to 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with ham and cheese.
  7. Roll up beginning at narrow end.
  8. Secure.
  9. Microwave butter 20 seconds on high.
  10. Roll breasts in butter then crumb mix.
  11. Place seam side down in a spoke-fashion in 10 inch pie plate.
  12. Sprinkle with paprika.
  13. Cover with paper towel.
  14. Microwave 6 to 9 min on high.
  15. Rotate 1/4 turn every 2 min till hard.
  16. Let stand 5 min.
