Sesame Coated Chicken Rolls Recipe
- 3 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices boiled ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Place sesame seeds in glass pie plate and microwave, uncovered, on high for 8 to 10 min.
- Stir 2 to 3 times.
- Stir in dry bread crumbs and turn onto wax paper.
- Flatten breasts to 1/4 inch thick.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with ham and cheese.
- Roll up beginning at narrow end.
- Secure.
- Microwave butter 20 seconds on high.
- Roll breasts in butter then crumb mix.
- Place seam side down in a spoke-fashion in 10 inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover with paper towel.
- Microwave 6 to 9 min on high.
- Rotate 1/4 turn every 2 min till hard.
- Let stand 5 min.
