Skillet Shepherds Pie

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the beef.
  2. When beef is almost browned, add onion and cook until they are tender.
  3. Drain grease if necessary.
  4. Then add cream soup, water, and frozen vegetables.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Then season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  7. Cover the mixture with warm mashed potatoes.
  8. Sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Allow to cook for another 10 minutes or until potatoes are heated and cheese is melted.
  10. Serves 6-8.
  11. Enjoy!
