Chicken fried tofu

  1. Slice tofu into small bite sized pieces.
  2. I had triangles and squares.
  3. Place tofu pieces in shallow container and cover with chicken broth.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least one hour.
  5. Turn frequently.
  6. After tofu is done marinating mix together flour, nutrients yeast, seasoning together.
  7. Mix well with fork.
  8. Place oil in shallow frying pan.
  9. Heat on high.
  10. Place tofu pieces in seasoning mix, double dip or triple dip and place in frying pan.
  11. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  12. Remove chicken pieces with tongs or chopsticks.
  13. Place on paper towel atop wore rack.
  14. Enjoy!
  15. Don't burn your mouth!
