Ham and Swiss Biscuits

  1. In a small bowl, combine the bisquit mix, ham and cheese.
  2. Combine the milk, egg, mustard and onion.
  3. Stir into biscuit mixture just until moistened.
  4. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
