Celery With Gorgonzola

• 4 stalks celery
• 6 ounces gorgonzola
• 3 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 1 tablespoon pink peppercorns

1. Cut each stalk celery into 6 sticks.
2. Mix together Gorgonzola and mascarpone into a smooth mixture.
3. Crush peppercorns.
4. Spread celery sticks with cheese and sprinkle with peppercorns.
