Microwave Peanut Butter-Chocolate Cookie

• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
• 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
• 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 3 Tbsp. flour
• 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

1. Microwave butter and peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 20 sec.
2. or just until butter is melted.
3. Add sugars; mix well.
4. Stir in egg yolk, then flour and chocolate.
5. Spoon into 2 small microwaveable mugs or ramekins.
6. Microwave, 1 at a time, 30 to 40 sec.
7. or just until center is set.
8. Cool 2 min.
9. before serving each filled mug with 2 spoons to share.
