Mixed Sausage Grinder

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill sausages 5 min.
  3. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  4. Cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices; set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, saute vegetables in hot oil on medium heat 5 min.
  6. Stir in sausage and barbecue sauce; cook 5 min.
  7. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  8. For each serving: Fill 1 roll with about 1 cup (250 mL) of the meat mixture just before serving.
