Green Bean, Walnut and Egg Salad

  1. Cook beans in medium saucepan of boiling water 3 to 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender; drain.
  3. Immediately plunge in bowl of ice water; drain well.
  4. Transfer to large bowl.
  5. Add arugula, sliced eggs, onions, walnuts and chives.
  6. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
