Green Bean, Walnut and Egg Salad
- 1 lb. (450 g) green beans, trimmed and cut crosswise
- 8 cups arugula
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup chives, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Oil and Vinegar Dressing
- Cook beans in medium saucepan of boiling water 3 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender; drain.
- Immediately plunge in bowl of ice water; drain well.
- Transfer to large bowl.
- Add arugula, sliced eggs, onions, walnuts and chives.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
