Wikiwiki Ham Bake

• 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
• 12 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 34 in ham steaks, cut into bite size pieces
• 1 (16 ounce) canwhole sweet potatoes
• 12 marshmallows

1. Cut ham into bite size pieces.
2. Brtown in skillet.
3. Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.
4. Stir brown sugar into pineapple liquid until dissolved.
5. Pour over ham bring to a boil, place ham in a 2 quart casserole dish,.
6. Arrange pineapple and sweet potatoes around the ham.
7. Bake at 400* for 15 minute
8. Place mardhmallows around the edge and bake until mardhmallows are brown.
9. Serve with cooked rice.
