Hearty Somen Noodle Dipping Sauce

• 50 grams Pork
• 1 as much (to taste) Green onion or scallion
• 2 to 3 cm Daikon radish
• 3 cm Tubed ginger
• 40 ml Mentsuyu (concentrate)
• 1 tsp Sesame oil
• 1 bunch Somen noodles

1. Stir fry the pork (cut into small pieces) with sesame oil.
2. Slice the leeks and add into a bowl with ginger, mentsuyu and cooked pork.
3. Put the grated daikon on top and it's done!
