Emperors forbidden rice

• 2 cup black rice
• 5 cup water
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 stick butter

1. salt water bring water and butter to boil add rice cook till done I usually cook till water is boiling out of rice like little craters cover turn off heat and keep covered for 20 minutes
