Round Cheese Bread
- 1 12 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- parmesan cheese
- In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients, batter will be thick.
- Spoon into a greased 8 inch round baking pan.
- Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve warm.
