Chicken lollipop

  1. Cut each chicken wing into 2 lollipops and trim them.
  2. discard the tip portion
  3. Mix together in a bowl, all the ingredients except the chicken and oil
  4. Marinate the chicken in the prepared batter for atleast 1 hour
  5. Heat oil to a high temperature and fry the lollipops
  6. Cover the tips of the lollipop with foil to make them look attractive
  7. Serve with hot garlic sauce or hot and sweet sauce
