Chicken lollipop
- 1 dozen chicken wings
- 1 tbsp red chilli paste
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground garlic
- dash red food color
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 each egg
- 1 water - enough to make a batter
- 1/2 can vegetable oil
- Cut each chicken wing into 2 lollipops and trim them.
- discard the tip portion
- Mix together in a bowl, all the ingredients except the chicken and oil
- Marinate the chicken in the prepared batter for atleast 1 hour
- Heat oil to a high temperature and fry the lollipops
- Cover the tips of the lollipop with foil to make them look attractive
- Serve with hot garlic sauce or hot and sweet sauce
