Creamy Tomato and Feta Linguine

  1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook linguine.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine tomatoes, garlic and wine.
  3. Cook over medium high heat until liquid reduces by one third, 4-5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium.
  5. Simmer 3 minutes.
  6. Add paprika, salt and dill.
  7. Add cream, stirring continuously until heated through, 1-2 minutes.
  8. Do not boil.
  9. Drain pasta and place in a serving bowl.
  10. Toss with feta cheese.
  11. Spoon hot sauce over pasta and serve.
