Poultry Dressing

  1. Prepare bread in a food processor.
  2. In a pan melt margarine; add vegetables; cook on med-high heat for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft; add seasonings.
  3. Cool, add bread crumbs, stir well.
  4. Can be served as is or it can be used to stuff a bird.
