Chicken in Pasilla Sauce with Cheesy Tortillas

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chiles; cook 1 min., turning after 30 sec.
  3. Place in blender.
  4. Add tomatoes and bouillon cube; blend until smooth.
  5. Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 2 min.
  6. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  7. Add 2/3 of the onions; cook 2 min.
  8. Top with tomato sauce; bring to boil.
  9. Cover; simmer on low heat 25 min.
  10. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  11. Meanwhile, fold each tortilla into quarters; stuff each pocket with 1 Tbsp.
  12. cheese.
  13. Top chicken with tortillas; cook, covered, 5 min.
  14. or until cheese is melted and tortillas are warmed.
  15. Top with remaining onions and cilantro.
