Christmas Shake

• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup skim milk
• 12 candy cane (crushed)
• 2 teaspoons unsweetened chocolate
• 1 12 teaspoons powdered sugar (to taste)

1. mix until smooth and drink.
