Rosemary Potatoes

  1. clean potatoes.
  2. chop to desired size.
  3. put potatoes in pot of water and boil until semi-tender.
  4. drain potatoes.
  5. in sauce pan melt 2 tbsp butter.
  6. add onions and saute.
  7. lower heat and add potatoes and 1 tbsp butter.
  8. Mix slowly until butter is melted.
  9. Add rosemary, garlic, season salt and 1 tbsp butter.
  10. Mix slowly until butter is melted.
  11. cook for about an additional 5 minutes.
  12. Notes: -Sometimes I add a chopped bell pepper to this recipe which I include in step six -I tend to use red potatoes but any kind can really be used.
